Erratic driver uncooperative with Brandon Police

Winnipeg man refuses breathalyzer faces charges

Brandon, MB (CKLQ) - Brandon Police noticed a truck driving erratically as is left the intersection at 10th Street and Victoria Avenue and proceeded westbound shortly after 2 a.m. Friday morning.

BPS officers then noticed the driver of the black GMC truck showed signs of impairment.

When the vehicle was pulled over on the 1700 block of McTavish Avenue, the driver became uncooperative and refused a breathalyzer.

The 38 year old man from Winnipeg was arrested and taken to BPS for breath samples.

He is to be released when sober.

He is to appear in court October 18, 2018.
