Virden, MB (CKLQ) – The Virden Oil Capitals have announced that Head coach Troy Leslie will not be returning to the team for the 2019-20 season.
Leslie has been the coach for the Oil Capitals since the team came to Virden from Winnipeg back in 2012-13.
Leslie was also the general manager for the team.
The Oil Capitals under Leslie’s helm went to the playoffs six straight times, including one visit to the League Championship Final.
The Oil Capitals says they will start their search for a new coach and GM immediately.
