A Brandonite was among the recipients of Manitoba's Historical Preservation Awards Thursday night.
Barry Bills was among five Manitobans awarded for their prolonged, commendable service in the preservation and promotion of the province’s history and heritage.
Lt.-Gov Janice Filmon presented the awards at the Government House saying, "these awards provide a wonderful opportunity to celebrate those who dedicate significant time, energy and creativity to ensure the province’s rich history is kept alive."
