Nineteen-year-old Jack Noel Sandy will appear before the court


Brandon, MB (CKLQ) - The Virden Schoolhouse arson case is back in court today.

Nineteen-year-old Jack Noel Sandy will appear before the court.

He's charged with arson, break and enter and damage to property in the blaze that gutted the abandoned Ross Consolidated schoolhouse on September 24.

A 22 year old was also arrested, Dale Andrew Klassen will be in court Dec 8 on charges of arson and damage to property.

RCMP say they don't believe this fire is connected with the blaze which gutted three historic buildings in downtown Virden on Sept 23rd.
