Jack Sandy faces multiple charges, including arson


Brandon, MB (CKLQ) - The man charged in the Ross Consolidated School arson in Virden, is back in court today.

The case which has been twice remanded, may come to a conclusion with the judge's decision expected today.

Sandy is charged with break and enter, damage to property, and arson in the fire that gutted the old schoolhouse back in September.

Meanwhile, Dale Andrew Klassen, 22, also arrested in the same fire will be in court January 12th.

He is charged with arson and damage to property.

Both cases will be in Brandon court.

Brandon, MB (CKLQ) - The case against Jack Sandy, the man charged in the Ross Consolidated School arson in Virden, has been remanded once again to December 7.

Sandy, 19, was charged with break and enter, damage to property, and arson in the fire that gutted the old schoolhouse back in September.

Meanwhile, Dale Andrew Klassen, 22, also arrested in the same fire will be in court on December 8.

He is charged with arson and damage to property.

Both cases will be in Brandon court.

Brandon, MB (CKLQ) - The Ross Consolidated schoolhouse arson case continued in Brandon court and has been remanded until November 27th.

The 19-year-old Jack Noel Sandy faces charges for arson, break and enter and damage to property - all criminal charges, in the blaze that gutted the abandoned Ross Consolidated schoolhouse on September 24.

A 22-year-old was also arrested, Dale Andrew Klassen will be in court on December, on charges of arson and damage to property.

Police can't confirm if this case is related to the fire that gutted three historical buildings in downtown Virden on September 23rd.
